With the Super Bowl on Sunday, we naturally talked about The Big Game on this week’s WISE Sports Radio NFL segment. I picked my winner, which will almost certainly be wrong. (I should start keeping track of my terrible predictions.)
And being in the Carolina Panthers’ market, we discuss whether or not our local NFL team can make a trade for Houston Texans superstar quarterback Deshaun Watson. Bringing back Watson, who starred at Clemson, would certainly be popular, not to mention it would give the Panthers a top QB for years to come.

The reference to “Old Guy TV” was a conversation Pat Ryan and Mike Gore had before my segment, talking about enjoying old shows like Magnum, P.I. As I said, I’ve been dabbling in The Rockford Files, the theme song of which I loved as a tyke.
